Megan practices exclusively in the area of family law. She has more than 10 years of experience assisting families in divorce, paternity, adoption, and other related matters. Megan is a trained Guardian ad Litem and has volunteered with the Julian Center, Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic, and Kids Voice over the course of her career.
Megan received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University in 2008 and Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 2012. She received the Norman Lefstein Award of Excellence for 200+ hours of Pro Bono Services in 2012 and the 2014 Outstanding Volunteer Attorney Award from the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic.
Megan is a veteran of the armed services, where she served seven years with the Indiana Army National Guard, including one deployment to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Her awards include two Army Commendation Medals, an Indiana Commendation Medal, an Army Achievement Medal, and a Combat Action Badge. Megan understands the unique stresses and conditions that military families face and is ready to address the concerns those issues raise.
When Megan isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her partner and children, gardening, and caring for her many dogs and cats.
